THE VILLAS
The spacious villas measuring over a thousand square feet, twenty foot high ceilings and entire walls of glass allow nature to cascade everywhere into the living spaces and bathrooms. Adding to the luxury are the spacious private compounds, antique furniture from the Victorian and Jacobean eras, a cosy fireplace, linen bathrobes and slippers, and natural, exclusively hand-made soaps and cosmetics.

A drive through the magnificent Mullayyanagiri mountains which surround our property is another wonderful opportunity to sync with nature.
Our one-of-a-kind playground in the sky presents you with the thrill of a casual game of cricket or football on the mountain tops. The world class 18-hole Chikmagalur Golf Course is a mere 25 minute drive from Primrose Villas and you can play a fascinating round of golf at this picturesque course.
There is plenty to keep children enthralled at Primrose Villas. Our mountain treks from right inside our property together with myriad Coffee Estate trail walks along some of the 24 kms of our estate roads have captivated our younger guests. Children find exploring nature around these areas unique and interesting. We have a quaint cricket pitch and small field for both the young and old to have a swing and bowl. We can also arrange a visit to our Coffee Estate where the young can learn how coffee is grown and processed. Our numerous board games include a sumptuous collection of both ancient Indian board games as well as those popular across the World. The Primrose Farm is a 25 minute drive away from our property. Children find it fascinating to visit our Farm and interact with the cattle.
THE STAY
Primrose Villas is easily accessible from the town of Chikmagalur. Bangalore and Mangalore are the closest international airports. The Bangalore – Chikmagalur road is a modern four-lane highway for the most part and the drive is pleasantly picturesque.
