Avathi Estate homestay, honours the guests with its local homemade, lip smacking malnad cuisine. The delicacies are native to the area and include veg and non veg preparations. Freshly procured veggies from the estate, with fresh grounded masala’s is what we use. As a special request we also entertain Jain cuisine.

It will be a mix of continental as well as local food delicacies. An opportunity for our guests to taste and enjoy our local food.

The Malnad cuisine is mostly based on ingredients which are cultivated or obtained locally. This is what gives the Malnad cuisine its uniqueness which is native to the area around.

Most of what we use is the fresh local produce from our village and our own Estate, The milk we source is from own Dairy in our estate.
